Battle of the hackers...

Update- according to the links given to me below seems like LulzSec may be out for money... At least most of the hacking done by Anonymous is for ethical reasons... Anyone from Lulz got a statement on this??

So, I have already done an article on Anonymous, the group who has hacked various governments, paypal, and many others sites that have turned on Wikileaks. Now it seems they have some competition in the world of hacking; Lulz Security, or LulzSec has come into the limelight recently for attacks on the CIA, PBS, and the US senate... My question is are these two in competition or do they have a similar set of goals.. I know that Anonymous carries out most of their attacks on people who try to censor the web or go against Wikileaks, but what is LulzSec's motive???

I know that my article on Anonymous drew some criticism for claiming to be an article on how to hack like anonymous, in fact that was the name.. but this article has a clear and concise point... Are Anonymous and LulzSec working together, or does the infamous hacking group have some competition... Either way LulzSec is definitely taking the spotlight off Anonymous...

I would really like to hear from either of these groups on this topic... What do you guys think??? Let me know...

Tier III- may not like it, but I'm gonna keep posting..

Wifi in a suitcase helps protesters overthrow governments...

I'm not much for politics, but when people are smuggling "internet in a suitcase" into hostile territory and deploying their own wifi hotspots compliments of the US government it catches my attention..

The Obama administration is backing these projects, one of which was a "shadow" cell phone network in Afghanistan that utilized towers on military bases and had a price tag around $50 million. The state department is also funding wireless networks to enable protesters in countries such as Iran, Syria, and Libya to communicate outside of what their governments allow..

Wireless networks allow protesters to be heard and to communicate on a global scale and not to be restricted by what their government's will allow. The fact that the Obama administration is backing these projects is remarkable to me and actually for once puts me on his side..

Do you think that the US Government should be funding these projects? Let me know...

Tier III- Not into politics, but these projects put me on Obama's side...
