Tier III offers a place to get exactly what you want from a helpdesk, straightforward answers and free technical assistance without the hassle of going to a pc repair shop. In the real world I work as a Tier 3 helpdesk technician for the federal government and have been fixing pc's for a long time. If you have questions I will answer them, if I don't know then I'll figure it out, either way your gonna save the time and money it takes for a repair shop.
